Complete and accurate GIS database of colocation wireless facilities
Find readily-leased wireless facilities (towers, rooftops, water tanks, raw land) to deploy or fill-in cellular, PCS, paging, LMDS, MMDS and other wireless coverage. Tower Maps include over 220,000 sites compiled from over 400 facility owners and managers.
Database Contents
Site Name, Latitude, Longitude (D-M-S and decimal degrees), AGL Height, AMSL Height, Ground Elevation, Site ID, Owner/Manager Name, Leasing Agent Telephone, Type of Structure, Street Address

Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

1:24,000 / Latitude & Longitude, NAD83
Data Format
ArcGIS and ArcView (shapefiles), Maptitude (.cdf), MapPoint (.ptm) and PocketStreets (for PDA's), MS Excel (.xls), MS Access databases (.mdb) and MapInfo (.mif and .mid), formats.
Product Specifications
In order to geographically display Tower Maps, you must have a GIS or desktop mapping system to display points using latitude/longitude.
Accuracy
Tower Maps preserves the accuracy provided by the site owners/managers. See verification overlay to the right.
Verification
Tower Maps data has been ground verified with information from personal site visits in Central PA (Tower Hunter), Reno, NV (Reno Wireless) and State College, PA (http://www.richmazz.com/Cell/).

The Retail Base Price is a one-time distribution fee for licensing of the data files. Update subscriptions are optional. The data may be used by one "Named User". Data is limited to one named user or named computer.
License
Data is available on a single "named user" license basis. Multi-user discounts are available.
Data Updates
The Tower Maps data are licensed and updates are provided on a subscription basis. Typically subscriptions are for 12, 24 and 36 months. Call for discount pricing on prepaid subscriptions and multiple user discounts.
Tower Maps Relationships
Tower Maps is vendor neutral and does not receive compensation from tower owners or participate in lease negotiations.
