About the Editor:
Joe Breman completed his master's degree at the University of Haifa, Israel, in marine studies. He served as vice president on the board of directors of the Society for Conservation GIS (SCGIS) and has led many marine-related initiatives at ESRI. He currently is a member of ESRI's Educational Services technical support staff.
